Fennell Properties is a family run business where the tenant comes first!! The tenant, or as we prefer THE CUSTOMER is our number one priority. With the two younger members of the team having gone through the trials and tribulations of staying in rented accommodation, we feel that we are in a great position to build on our experiences and offer our customers the best accommodation, at an affordable price but with a very high level of customer service.

We aim to tackle the age old stigma associated with the landlord – tenant relationship. By offering our tenants the highest level of customer service, accommodation and respect we feel that this is more than reciprocated and so far our experiences have reflected this notion and have resulted in a great working relationship between ourselves and our customers. It is important to us that you receive your deposit back at the end of the term and we will work with you to achieve this. This year alone over 93% of all deposit moneys were returned to the tenants!
